Location: Skopje (MKD)

Duration: 3 months

Hybrid working: Yes, partially. 4 days office, 1 day from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies for our clients.

• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO.

• Help Performance Marketing Manager with managing PPC campaigns and track performance metrics.

• Learn how to and create engaging content for social media, blogs, and other marketing channels.

• Assist with marketing automation tasks and campaign execution.

• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new ideas and marketing tactics.

• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing efforts.

• Support in managing our agency’s social media profiles and increasing engagement.

Skills and Experience

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• Strong desire to learn and grow in the SaaS marketing space.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Creative mindset with a passion for content creation.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, social media).

• Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proactive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.
