About the Job

We are a dynamic team working within the exciting B2B SaaS industry. Our agency specializes in helping clients build GTM strategies, generate demand, and capture opportunities for their B2B SaaS products. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, tech-savvy Graphic Designer (Mid/Senior) who will work on our internal and client projects. 

Location: Skopje (MKD)

Duration: Undetermined

Hybrid working: Yes, partially. 4 days office, 1 day from home

Key Responsibilities

• Craft compelling visual content using tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, and Google Slides to support marketing efforts across various channels, including social media, web design, and print materials.
  
  
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging material, presentations, and graphic illustrations that resonate with the target audience.
  
  
• Conceptualize and execute the creative design strategy behind ad campaigns.
  
  
• Participate in the creation of video content, including editing and storyboarding, to effectively communicate our clients' platform’s benefits and features (video editing and UX design skills are a plus).
  
  
• Demonstrate a creative and innovative approach to all design tasks, ensuring consistency and alignment with the brand identity and messaging strategy.
  
  
• Quickly adapt to feedback and changing requirements, demonstrating a proactive and committed attitude towards continuous learning and improvement.
  
  
• Work simultaneously on multiple projects based on current workload.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design.
  
  
• 3+ years' of creative design experience.
  
  
• Strong experience using design software such as Figma, Adobe Suite, and Google Slides.
  
  
• Fast learner, proactive, committed, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  
  
• Excellent communication skills in English, capable of working in an international team environment.
  
  
• Very strong skills in understanding project briefing and delivering great designs with minimum iterations.
  
  
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  
  
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
  
  
• Ability to understand and apply constructive criticism from colleagues and clients.
  
  
• Interest in emerging technologies.
